Towel Replacements For Life Warranty

When you opt for the Lifetime Shine Warranty, we'll replace up to two (2) eligible towels at no charge if they come from your original purchase, for as long as you own them. You can claim one (1) replacement towel every 12 months. Coverage includes reduced ability to absorb water, edge deterioration, and accidental harm from normal household use.

To request a replacement, contact support@Shiny Wipes.com including your order number, a clear image or brief video showing the affected towel and its condition, and your delivery address. After confirmation, a replacement towel of the same or equivalent model will be shipped to you; shipping fees for the replacement are your responsibility.

This warranty is limited to the original buyer, applies exclusively to the purchase in which the warranty was included, and excludes industrial/commercial applications, fire/burn damage, bleaching, or deliberate damage. Replacement towels do not receive warranty coverage under a separate plan.

This is a company-provided replacement service offered by Shiny Wipes and is not classified as an insurance policy.
